Position Overview
This position will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting of all open corporate positions as well as support staffing initiatives for our field locations when needed. This person will work within our recruiting team and with various leadership and hiring managers. This role will utilize creative and outside-the-box sourcing techniques to target candidates that should be a part of DSC’s growth.

Position Responsibilities
Source, interview, and assess candidates referring internal and external applicants for all position levels at the corporate headquarters.
Develop cost effective sourcing strategies and networks that build a diverse and talented candidate pool.
Participate in campus recruiting activities and networking events.

Customer Focused
Consult with Recruiting management and department leaders on hiring decisions
Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to understand business goals and provide quality customer service.
Identify and report out to Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and other internal leaders to proactively identify trends that affect staffing, especially in supply chain management.
Build best practices and procedures for hard to fill positions.

Information & System Management
Source and develop passive candidates through networking, internet searches, social media.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS
Manage job postings on a variety of sites

Job Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources, organizational development, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
Demonstrated experience with creative sourcing techniques in a competitive talent market.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all organizational levels.
Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Evidence of recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously
An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while interviewing candidates
A creative/strategic view of sourcing and utilizes social media as a recruiting tool
Results-oriented mindset with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with hiring managers/candidates in remote locations.
Must possess a high level of professionalism and discretion to deal with a variety of inquiries from candidates and employees.
Preferred PHR or SPHR
At least 2 years experience with applicant tracking systems
Recruiting focus in supply chain
Familiarity with Google-based applications.
Recruiting experience in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, IT, Logistics or Operations/Supply Chain in a CPG organization.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office and computer equipment.
